Anything for '21+ Ninja 400s, ZX6Rs, or ZX10Rs will work.

I got a Vortex V3 (mo #GC440) fuel cap for a Ninja 400 and it worked perfectly.  So f'in nice to not have to pull the key every time I gas up, especially since it would sometimes trigger my alarm system.

I installed a TWM quick turn gas cap. Especially useful here in California as all fuel nozzles have the spring loaded "tree hugger's foreskin shroud". Makes fueling and especially topping off difficult as one has to hold the shroud back with one hand while pumping with the other in order to get gas to flow. With the Z H2's relatively high gas tank and significantly a cap that folds rearward, resulted in me cursing those C.A.R.B. bureaucrats every time I would tank up.

The TWM gas cap out of the box is not compatible with my SW Motech tank bag ring. However I easily adapted it by drilling 4 holes in the new gas cap housing to bolt the ring on to the cap housing.

So the red part prevents you to unscrew the plug ?

The gas cap is not lockable.

Push and turn CCW to open.

It prevents unintentional opening.  To open, you tighten down just a bit, swing the lever out of the way, then unscrew.  When closing, you tighten all the way down, swing the lever into the path, and rotate the cap back into it.

Takes a minute to get used to, but is super fast now that I am.

The screw cap itself is smaller, yes, but the fill port is about the same size.  Really, the only benefits are that it's lighter, don't have to pull the key from the ignition to refuel, and easier to refuel without dismounting because the fuel door isn't folding back towards you blocking view of the fuel port.

Small things, but for me not having to pull the key was a huge one, because my alarm system would sometimes trigger since it arms shortly after the key is removed.

so guys i have fitted the diamond race products 21 zx10r filler cap to my bike.

if fits perfect but im unsure about the breather.
the cap has a machined groove on the underside to aid the tank to breath.

my question is do you remove the rubber seal from the top of the tank breather when fitting the replacement cap ?
with it fitted the rubber seal squashes hard against the underside of the cap surround stopping the tank breathing.
