I thought about mailing my ECU but I’m only a couple hrs away from Chris@Moore Mafia. That looks like a job!! Where did you send your ECU?

did you manage to get the standard exhaust off with out removing the radiator ?

Its a tight fit , but yes , only the lower bracket to allow a bit of sway but not much

No one close to me had my trust for the zh2

I sent it to 2WDW  , with more than 100k passes on their dynos , and he has a tune specific for gen4 and gen 5 headers

Problem is, they lock their ecu. So if you need to go back to stock, make changes for future mods or have a recall done, you have to send the ecu back to them so they can unlock and flash back to stock or make the changes.

Everyone who makes mail in flashes locks the ecu , otherwise you could just steal their rnd  :745:

I dont see why i would  go back to stock ,  :187:

And for a recall , the kawa dealer near me , lets just say they wont be touching my bike , camchain tensioner recall was made by me

    Thanks for the concern  :763:

Not everyone. My tuner (vcyclenut) for my h2 sx and Moore Mafia dont. Because my tuner didnt like my ecu snd i have the woolich hardware, it made it alot easier to do the recall for the quickshifter/ecu. As for going back to stock, i know in the mitsubishi evo community i seen multiple posts of guys that bought used cars, the original owner sold all the mods before trading the car in but left the tune on. New owner gets the car, it runs like crap, cant get it tuned because the ecu is locked.

Some people dont mind it being locked, but me personally, i find it a headache. Just sucks because i wanted to go with 2wdw and then do a track day near by their shop.

just fitted the akra front pipes and the sprint p1 85 filter.

im going to get it flashed by BHP Tuning here in the uk after the recall and its first service.

my question is, is it ok to test ride the bike with out the flash to check all is good with the exhaust / no leaks ?

    Spring update  :152:

Had a 2nd chirurgical procedure on my left femur on the 28th of march so everything was at a standing still

With only 2 weeks to recover , the spring sun around the corner and more and more motorcycles on the road, i knew i had to make progress on my Z  :082:
With another 6 weeks of not beeing aloud to put weight on my leg i still managed to instal my
Gen 5 Zx10r titanium headers with Graves low mount cat delete on the bike , i think it looks real good  :005:

Only waiting on my ecu and air filter to button everything up and enjoy her  :152:
