I'm am looking to change sprockets soon and had a question on which supersprox sprocket is correct for our bikes. In another post I noticed their sprocket had the numbers 1489 on the side so I'm guessing this is the right one. If someone could confirm that this is the correct model before I purchase it that would be appreciated.

Yeah mine's flashed I currently have a 43 tooth vortex aluminum sprocket on there. Going with 44 this time to hopefully get some more torque out it. With 43 tooth it rides fine just a little bit hard to take off quickly from a stop. With the longer wheelbase it really tame down the wheelies and I'm able to use second gear for accelerations with manageable wheel lift. But the bike has started feeling more like a supersport where I really want to rev it all the way out to redline before shifting and sixth gear has a noticeable drop in power compared to when it had 46. So hopefully with the 44 tooth it feels more like a naked again.

Hey just wanted to let everyone know after going on three rides with my Supersprox 44 tooth I don't think it is worth the extra money over the steel sprocket unless you really like the look.
My vortex 43 tooth aluminum sprocket I had on previously weighed only 15 oz and the Supersprox felt like it's at least a half pound heavier if not more (didn't weigh it before install). So if anyone is looking to purchase this sprocket for some kind of rotational weight savings and improve performance I would probably just go with the aluminum and replace it more often as you're likely not getting much of a performance boost just going with the Supersprox over the steel and any improvement would be even greater felt going with aluminum.
