Wheel removal and refitting from the service manual

I'm changing the tyres and I wrongly assumed the Owners Manual would contain the information on wheel removal and refitting.  It doesn't, so here are images from the service manual.

I wish I had the full service manual as PDF, but unfortunately not.  I called Kawasaki customer services and asked them to send me the pages for the wheels.  That's all I have.  Sorry folks.

There was a page missing - the torque settings for the rear wheel.

I saw 92 ft lbs on the axle. Didnt see the caliper bolt spec so i just adjusted the wrench before I removed it until it didn’t click and used that setting. 22 on the little one and 42 on the big one.
