I texted Frankie this?

Hi Frankie is there a way that you can make unrestricted sport mode instead of the Rider mode because you have to reset the panel every time you go on a ride or you turn the Mc off?😳🙂👍

From what I understand in Rider mode with traction control off you have full derestricted power "SLR Tune", in Sport you also have full derestricted power "SLR Tune" BUT the traction control will be in effect and will cut power to the SLR Tune. The remaining modes Road and Rain will only have the redline set to what the SLR Tune has, power and traction control is set just as the stock ECU delivered from the factory. I spoke with Frank at length about the details.  :152: My dyno test was pushed until next Saturday.
Jamie correct me if Iím wrong here. If Iím in Rider mode with power set to F and traction control 1, I will have access to the full SLR tune power (~200 hp) correct? I donít need to turn traction control off to access the full power do I?

Really wish SLR tuning/Frank would confirm on the forum since everyone seems to have different answers.

Leblev,
To answer your question, if you have it in Rider mode with power selected to F and traction control set to 1, you will have full derestricted power UNTIL the Kawasaki traction control intercedes, and retards power. The traction control has authority over power in slip conditions, or ECU/ Bosch IMU predetermined slip conditions and will take power away. This is similar to Sport mode. In rider mode with TC off you have full power and only the throttle/ driver demand will control it regardless of wheel slip. I leave it in Sport mode to have the extra protection.
I've got to say Kawasaki has made one heck of a machine, and SLR Tuning brings out the full potential  :152:

Thanks for the clarification Jamie. Iíve sometimes gotten a little confused by some of the info Iíve seen, even from SLR. I wanted to make sure I understood.
