Has anyone has done the supercharger gears from Extreme Creations?  If so what are your thoughts on power increase?  Worth the hastle?

Yes I got stage 1 for already 18monts with slr tuning and autotune pcv5
Work amazing without any issue and power from.stock gear to stage 1 gear is significant

May we see some dyno results?  I've been paranoid about changing gear out fear of blowing the engine.

I've considered it but I'm okay with the power a tune, pipe and filter produce. Unless you roll or drag racing I wouldn't bother. You'll end up needing an intercooler and an upgraded fuel delivery system. Don't forget to also consider impeller inspections sooner than 15K miles and do maintenance inspections based on hours not mileage. If you're itching to hit 200+ on the Z, go for it.

You could also full send and report back  :008:

Here is when I was without flashed.. you can see the difference

Now let Me tell you this,
    I don't Have intercooler with stage 1
I use 98 octane fuel here in israel=93ron
I like to ride strong and powerfull to 10-12k rpm
I've done 10k already on stage 1 for the past year
    And I'm so happy!
Work amazing the BST TEMP is lower than stock gear because you get the power band earlier so you don't need push high rpm everything to get the hp
    50-75 degree c,
I never did anything like fuel pump or injector..all stock and I have pcv5 with autotune and you can sew at top rpm map the pcv is leaner the fuel more than stock fuel ecu map so you can relax
Do it. You won't regret it

Ben at Extreme Creations has made a step-by-step video on his channel at Youtube.
Everything you need to know is documented with before/after dyno tests.
I have the Stage 2 gear in addition to the Intercooler kit.. The latter is *the most important* mod you *should* do before anything else.
The intake temps get very hot and the ECU will pull out timing and the HP will not be very impressive.. stage 1,2 or 3 gears or stock...
No intercooler on a boosted engine is not a very good setup and I think that explains why the stock ECU is that restrictive as it is...

You can get away with just switching out the top sc gear alone but it will definitely not make anything run cooler. You're forcing the impeller to spin faster than before regardless where in the rev range you are. I would recommend you check out the H2 & H2SX sc gear threads.

cody, are you trying to make the fastest full carbon zh2?

I have the Stage 2 gears, with the intercooler, Brent Tune, brock's full system, PCV, and EC fuel pump.

The tune happened on a warm day; I suspect on a cooler day it would break 260hp.
