    Not Fit For Human Consumption!

After riding the Z exclusively for the past month I started craving some time with my Gixxer, so I invited my son over to ride the Z with me. We hit the open road and he did a third-gear pull on a straight road. I wasn't expecting it so he just disappeared and I caught back up to him after he slowed down. When I did catch up to him he was pointing at his jacket, which looked like it had come unzipped. We found a gas station where we could pull over and when we stopped he was screaming, "Your bike destroyed my jacket!"

Half of the teeth on both sides of the zipper had been shredded. They were just completely gone! I was laughing my ass off!

He said he went from 55 to 125 in nothing flat and then said, "This bike is not fit for human consumption. It shouldn't even be legal!"  :008:

We both had a good time but all of his previous talk about doing tunes and squeezing more HP out of this beast fell to the wayside. He's pretty sure it has plenty of power now.  :020:

That's what I always said, plenty of power enough for road use, other road users have always big eyes when you pull away and hearing them afterwards is always informative  :016: .
Let him drive the zh2 for a week or so, when getting used too the superlatives will calm down by itself.

After I popped in my manual cam chain tensioner, I did third gear pull just like that. It's not like I am not used to the bike, it's coming up on 12,000 miles now.

But this time, I actually had the sensation I was being sucked into a jet engine. It was insane. The level of acceleration this ZH2 can provide is way beyond any normally aspirated bike.
